We visited the New England Quilt Museum in Lowell Mass. today. The Garmin took us to the door without a hitch as we have been accustomed. We searched for a parking space for a short time. When we parked, we noticed a post with a number on it where I would expect a parking meter. About half way down the block was a Kiosk (see picture below) that took quarters or Credit cards for the parking fee and returned a ticket, after about a two minute wait, telling you what time your parking expires. I told Patsy I been to two County fairs and a Goat milkin' and I ain't ever seen nothin like that.
