We Made it to Phoenix but.........

We Made it to Phoenix without a hitch. But.........

Once in Phoenix things began to unwind.
We left Fairbanks last night at 1:20 am and got into Phoenix at 1:30 pm with about 3 hours of sleep. No bags lost, but when I was getting the rental car I found my drivers license had expired 10 days ago. Patsy had to rent the car and do the driving. Patsy was excited to say the least. (Not in a good way) We made it to the hotel without incident but although we made it by 3:30 they didn't have room ready for us. We got into our room by 4:30 and decided to eat in the Hotel Bistro. We went down stairs and found the Bistro and looked at the menu and decided to eat out. We didn't go back to the room for the GPS and had a few anxious moments finding the mall but we finally did and had supper. The food was great and we worked our way back to the hotel without getting lost. I hope the TRS will let me out of Pheonix!
