I'll see your three strawberries from last Wednesday and and raise you smoked salmon. It came out pretty good. If I can get some canned you will have some too! I fired up the smoker this weekend and even tried a little halibut with the salmon. The jury is still out on the Halibut but I think that recipe will take some more trials. It's OK but I want to include some Ranch dressing with it. Everything is good with Ranch Dressing. (possibly even Liver!)
