When we woke up this morning the Blue Bird wasn't chirping. In fact he looks a little cold. Fortunately the temperature is the outside temperature and it was about 114.5 degrees warmer in the kitchen than outside. The temperature probe is just outside the walls of the house so it is probably a few degrees colder than what it shows. I sure hope it doesn't get cold!
By the way, we lost power for about two hours this morning and the house cooled down some. Fortunately GVEA found the problem and made a quick repair. The garage, where the furnace and water system are, was down to around 40 when the power came back on.

Yikes! no power for two hours! I certainly don't miss those -40 or colder temps!
That is COLD. It isn't that cold here but we did just get around a foot of snow on Wednesday. North of here got around 2 feet. There is more in the forcast as well.
I also read in the paper that we have gotten 46.8 inches of snow this winter. That is a lot for us!
